In case of disagreement with the following terms and conditions, the visitor must not use the Online Store.

Casa Ideale reserves the right to unilaterally modify, add, change or renew the content or services of the Online Store, as well as the terms of use, whenever it deems it necessary and without prior warning, with only their announcement through the Online Store.

Product delivery time

The time of delivery of the order to the customer is defined according to the availability of the products and is the one mentioned in the confirmation of the order.

Casa Ideale reserves the right to the above delivery time of the goods in cases of force majeure. Therefore, in case there is a delay in the delivery of the order due to force majeure events, such as indicative extreme weather phenomena or strikes, the company does not become overdue.

Product Shipments, Charges & Payments

In any case, unless expressly stated otherwise, the shipping costs of the products are borne by the visitor/user.

Due to technical limitations, shipping costs may differ from those calculated. In this case, there will be a telephone update before the order is shipped.

In case of payment by bank deposit or by credit/debit/prepaid card, the order will be shipped after confirmation of payment. The costs of the bank deposit are borne exclusively by the visitor/user.

Online Store Products

Through the online store, products are available for sale at preferential prices compared to the store.

The prices of the Online Store are only valid for orders through it and delivery to the customer's premises.

The products purchased through the Online Store are delivered throughout Greece and abroad in specific ways per region or volume of product that the customer can choose

Online Store products are sold while supplies last.

Casa Ideale online store cannot provide any guarantee for the availability of the products, but it guarantees timely information to the final consumers about their unavailability. The photos of the products are indicative and the colors in which they appear may have deviations.

The listed prices of the various products displayed on the pages of the online store are final and include the statutory VAT.

Limitation of liability of the Online Store

Casa Ideale Online Store offers the displayed products for sale, in accordance with these terms of use and current legislation.

Casa Ideale is not responsible for any damages or losses that may be caused to customers and/or users of the Online Store, beyond the obligation to return and replace products as defined below. Also, it is not responsible for any form of damage (positive, special or cumulative, which indicatively and not restrictively, disjunctively and/or cumulatively consists of loss of profits, data, missed profits, monetary satisfaction, etc.) suffered by the visitor / user of the Online Store or a third party for a reason related to the operation or use of its services, pages, services, options and contents and/or the inability to provide services and/or information available from it and/or any unauthorized interventions by third parties in products and/or services and/or information available through it.

In the above causes, it is expressly agreed that possible errors or omissions during the electronic registration of the information provided (prices, product characteristics, etc.) are included, as well as errors, omissions or technical reasons of any kind, which affect or suspend for a reasonable period of time the operation of the Online Store and/or its services.

Casa Ideale bears no responsibility, in cases of faulty operation of the Online Store or in general inability or faulty provision of its services due to random events or reasons of force majeure or reasons caused by the fault of other entities.

Casa Ideale reserves the right of additions, removals or other modifications to the Online Store and to the information and/or services provided through it, as well as changes to the information search methods, at its absolute discretion.

Casa Ideale takes all appropriate measures so that access to the Online Store and its services is, as far as possible, continuous and uninterrupted. However, it reserves its reasonable right to interrupt the operation of the Online Store and/or the individual services to carry out system maintenance without prior notification to the user.

Visitor / User responsibility

The use of the Online Store must be done exclusively for legal purposes and in a way that does not limit or prevent its use by third parties. The visitor is obliged to use the Online Store in accordance with the law, good manners and the present conditions, and not to perform actions or omissions that can cause damage or malfunction to him, affect or endanger the provision of services from Casa Ideale. The visitor / user of the Online Store assumes responsibility for any damage caused to the online store by bad, illegal or unfair use of the relevant services.

Order Submission

Orders must be received through the Online Store by completing and sending the relevant Order Form.

Product prices include VAT. Casa Ideale reserves the right to change prices without notice without affecting the prices of already registered orders.

When submitting the order, the document issued for the order will be a proof of retail sale. It is not possible to cut a sales invoice.

Right of withdrawal

Every customer of the Online Store has the right, in accordance with the applicable legislation, to withdraw from the sale without reason, by completing a relevant withdrawal request, which he is obliged to communicate to the online store by email at [email protected] and to return the product he purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, the return costs are borne by the customer.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging in the condition in which it was delivered, complete, undamaged (both product and packaging) and unused.

It must also be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or purchase invoice. Before each return, the customer must contact the e-mail [email protected]) in order to set the time of receiving the product.

A refund of the purchase price is made in the same manner as payment for the purchase within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the product in the aforementioned condition.

Newsletters

Casa Ideale maintains a newsletter in order to inform the visitor/user immediately about offers and new products. In any event, newsletters will not exceed two (2) per calendar month. The registration of the visitor/user to the newsletter list is done either when registering at Casa Ideale, or at any other time they wish, through the account settings of the online store.

The file of email addresses is kept exclusively for the purpose of sending informational messages and is never disclosed to third parties. Casa Ideale reserves the right to delete any recipient without reason. In case the visitor/user wishes to be deleted from the Casa Ideale newsletter, he can request it either by sending a written request by email to [email protected], or by clicking on the deletion link at the end of each newsletter.

Casa Ideale may include on its pages "hyperlinks" to third-party websites that are not controlled by the company, but by third parties.

Each website is governed by different terms of use and privacy, for which Casa Ideale assumes no responsibility. Any questions about services or resources from third-party websites should be directed to the respective website's officials, and not to Casa Ideale. Connecting Casa Ideale via hyperlinks to third-party websites does not constitute acceptance of their content by Casa Ideale and does not create any responsibility for them.

Applicable Law and Other Terms

Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from this, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms.

Any concession, granting of a deadline or non-application of one or more of these Terms on the part of the company cannot be interpreted as a waiver, temporary or final, partial or total, of any right or claim arising from them or from the law.

This Agreement will be governed by European and Greek Law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thessaloniki.
