Shipping Methods
In each shipping method, the shipping cost is automatically calculated by our system, and charged to your order. For orders over €120, shipping is free for small volume/weight parcels.
It is also possible to pick up your order for free from our store in Thessaloniki. Pick-ups from our store are made in accordance with the currently applicable protection measures against Covid-19.
In exceptional cases due to technical limitations, but also in the case of shipping with a shipping company, the shipping may not be calculated correctly or even at all. If there is a difference in shipping charges, we will contact you.
By Courier
The order is sent with a partner courier company. Delivery time is affected by the availability of the products you have selected. Products are shipped in perfect condition. The courier company is liable for any damages caused during transport.
For higher volume/weight orders and hard to reach areas, products may be shipped with a shipping company. In this case, delivery is made to the curbside of the address you indicate, on business days & hours. It is not possible to arrange delivery on a specific day/time. If you have a partnership with a specific courier or transport company, contact us so that the shipment can be made with the company you wish.
Our company follows Greek legislation regarding the provisions of Directive 2011/83/EU regarding Consumer Protection.
Shipping Company - Delivery at Ground level
Shipping with a shipping company means curbside delivery to the address you indicate. In cases where the delivery address is in a remote area that is not serviced by the shipping company, you will need to collect from the shipping agency. However, in consultation with the carrier itself, they can deliver your order to your door at an additional cost.
Shipping Company - Pick-up from the company's warehouse
You have the option of receiving your order directly from the cooperating transport company's warehouse in your area.
In any case, whether you are interested in curbside delivery or warehouse pickup, we will contact you to let you know the exact shipping cost.
In-store pickup
As an alternative, you can choose to pickup your order from our store. In this case, we will let you know as soon as your order is ready, and when you can come and collect it. In this case you do not incur shipping costs, and you can pay for your order directly in the store.
Shipping Costs
The cost of transport depends on the volumetric characteristics, the delivery address and the shipping method. The cost starts at €4.5 for sending by courier and weighing up to 2 kg. To calculate the shipping costs you can choose the products you are interested in, add them to the shopping cart, press payment to go to the tab for filling in your personal information and after filling in the address where the products will be delivered as well as the shipping method, it will automatically show you exactly how much shipping will cost you. For pickups from our physical store, there are no shipping costs!
