Payment Methods
Our store supports the following payment methods
Cash on Delivery / Pay in-store
If you choose to pick up your order from the store, you can pay for your order directly at our store cashier either with cash, or using your credit/debit card, free of charge.
We do not support Cash on Delivery at this time.
Depending on your order's total price, if you choose payment in our store as a payment method, we reserve the right to request a partial advance payment to our company's bank account.
By Card
If you choose to pay by card, you will be taken to Alpha Bank's secure banking system where you will enter your card details. Casa Ideale does not receive any of your card details, and as a result does not store any of your card details in the database, thus ensuring the safety of your money. Payment by card is free of charge
All Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners credit, debit and prepaid cards are accepted. You can also pay using Masterpass.
All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
Bank Transfer
You can deposit the full amount of your order to our company's bank account. As reason/message use your order number for easier tracking and correlation of the remittance and your order. Our store's bank accounts are:

After making the tranfser, please notify us by phone, or via email by sending the bank's confirmation so that your order can be shipped immediately (provided the products you selected are in stock).
Please note that transfers from the same bank (from Eurobank to Eurobank) do not incur bank charges. In the case of a transfer from another bank (eg from NBG to Eurobank), you must choose to pay the bank fees in full yourself (Debit of the Principal - DEBT/OUR). Otherwise your order will not be shipped until the full balance is paid. In order to avoid being charged with bank fees, opt to make a deposit from the same bank, or pay by card.
Refund Terms
Refunds are made within 4 working days to the bank account you indicate to us for orders paid by bank deposit or cash on delivery, and within 14 days for card payments. Refund terms:
- Defective Products: The refund request is processed once we receive the products and confirm that they are defective.
- Non-defective Products The return is made after we confirm that the products are in the condition in which we sent them (in their original packaging, without signs of use). Otherwise, we will contact you. Shipping costs are not refunded
- Order Cancelation: If you prepaid for your order by bank transfer or card, and requested cancelation it before it was shipped.
