Right of Withdrawal, Order Cancelation and Product Returns
Order Cancelation
You have the right to cancel your order, if you notify us of this in time (before it is sent). Contact us by email or phone to cancel. Prefer communication by phone for faster processing of your request. In this case, if your order has been prepaid, the money will be refunded as soon as possible (see payment information for more details).
Defective Products
Regardless of your right to Cancel an Order according to the previous article, you have the right to withdraw from your order if the Store breaches its obligations, especially when the product is actually defective. The basic requirement is to inform the store within 48 hours of receiving the product, otherwise the store reserves the right not to make any form of compensation.
If a defective product is found, you have the right not to accept it and return it with the possibility of replacing it with another product of the same category, if available, or refunding the money you paid. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them together with the documents, retail receipt or invoice and packaging that came with the product. In this case, the shipping costs of the new product or returning your money are borne exclusively by the store.
Product Return / Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return the products you purchase, free of charge and without having to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products. The original shipping costs of your order are non-refundable. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. unsealed or undamaged, together with the documents (retail receipt or invoice) and the packaging of the product.
In the event of a product return, your refund will be completed within four (4) days from the date we receive the products to the bank account you indicate to us if your order has been paid by cash on delivery or by bank deposit. For orders paid by credit/debit/credit card the refund will be made in the same way.
